My journey into spirituality wasn’t linear or easy. It began in my early 20s, when I felt the undeniable pull to step out of my “spiritual closet” and dive headfirst into the mystical world of reiki, oracle cards, astrology, and intuitive practices. At first, I resisted. I was afraid of what might unravel—friendships, stability, acceptance. But as I explored healers, mediums, and mentors, I came to see that the relationship I most needed to heal was the one with the Divine and, in turn, myself.
Let’s Rewind
I lived out of sync with my soul’s purpose for much of my life. I was stuck in a cycle of people-pleasing, weighed down by fear of judgment, and shadowed by childhood trauma. My self-esteem was practically non-existent. I found myself constantly saying yes to others and no to my own needs.
Even with a master’s degree and a life that looked successful from the outside, I felt deeply unfulfilled, disconnected, and lost. Depression took hold, and my intuition—the voice of my soul grew louder, pleading for change.
I ignored it for as long as I could until the discomfort of staying the same became greater than my fear of transformation.
The Turning Point
My Saturn return shook my world like a storm, but in hindsight, it was a blessing disguised as chaos. It dismantled everything I thought I knew and forced me to look inward. I dove into the work I had been avoiding for so long, seeking knowledge, guidance, and healing.
As I embraced my gifts, my abilities as a psychic medium and intuitive flourished. I released the fear of judgment, set healthy boundaries, and found a profound trust in myself and the Divine. For the first time in my life, I didn’t just accept who I was—I celebrated it. My journey wasn’t about becoming someone new, it was about remembering who I’ve always been.
